Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after the project scope, date, price and any required deposit are agreed. Submitting a website form alone does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed booking.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on the website are starting prices. Final quotations may vary based on duration, travel, production complexity, crew, equipment, editing requirements, licensing and deliverables. Payment schedules are agreed before work begins.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate project information, obtaining permissions for locations or participants where required, and ensuring reasonable access and safe working conditions.

Creative approach

By booking, the client acknowledges the photographer’s established visual style. Reasonable corrections may be requested, but extensive changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Delivery

Delivery format and estimated timeline are agreed per project. Delays caused by events outside reasonable control do not constitute a breach where the client is kept appropriately informed.

Copyright and usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in the created photographs and video remains with the creator. The client receives the usage rights stated in the quotation or agreement. Commercial use, paid advertising, resale or third-party licensing may require additional permission or fees.

Liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing terms

Any project-specific written agreement, quotation or invoice may supplement these terms. If there is a conflict, the specifically agreed written terms for that booking take priority.
