Cancellation & Rescheduling

Rescheduling by the client

If you need to move a confirmed shoot, contact the photographer as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional travel, venue or production costs.

Cancellations

Any cancellation fee or deposit treatment is stated in the booking confirmation or quotation. Where no specific terms were agreed, reasonable costs already incurred for the project may be non-refundable.

Weather and force majeure

For weather-dependent outdoor shoots, the parties may agree to reschedule where conditions would materially affect safety or the intended result. Events outside either party’s reasonable control will be handled in good faith, with priority given to rescheduling where practical.

Photographer cancellation

If the photographer cannot perform the confirmed service and a suitable replacement or rescheduled date cannot be agreed, amounts paid for the undelivered service will be returned, subject to applicable law and any separately agreed terms.

Consumer rights

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected. For bookings made at a distance, statutory withdrawal rights may be limited once performance begins at the client’s express request or where a service is tied to a specific date, depending on the applicable law.
